Importance

igh-level safety performance is a key element to success. Superior safety performance is a driver in meeting our business objectives and the objectives of each employee.

Intensity

In order to achieve the level of superior safety performance required of our company, each employee in the company must be focused on their individual safety performance, the performance of others and the performance of Gentzler Electric.

Integrity

Our safety performance must be true and gained through honest effort in order to meet the demands of our customers, Gentzler Electric, and all employees.

Leah Rodriguez-Gentzler, President and Majority Owner, manages Gentzler Electrical Services, Inc. Leah is well known for her "Hands On" approach as a business owner. She is involved in every aspect of her business from the daily management of the office to putting on one of her favorite hard hats and walking a jobsite with her Project Foremen and Safety Manager. For the successful management of GESI, Leah was chosen by the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts committee to be profiled in their Spring 2007 publication "Stages" as one of their Minority Contractors currently working on the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts project. In 2007 Leah was awarded the HCADFW Outstanding Female Construction/Service Worker of the Year.  Stan Gentzler, Vice President, has been a Master Electrician and Contracting in the DFW area since 1982. He is the former owner of Gentzler Electrical Contractors, Inc. Stan is now the Chief Estimator for GESI and participates in the supervisor of their Construction Operations Program.

Gentzler Electrical Services, Inc. is dedicated to the safety of their employees as well as their clients. GESI has implemented a dynamic safety program that has proven itself with an outstanding safety record. Their safety process is tied to the culture of the company as outline in the Five I Culture. With their own in-house OSHA Certified Safety Manager all aspects of the projects are reviewed for safety protocol through the duration of the projects.

Leah and Stan both feel that the key to a successful business is the Integration of Quality Workmanship, Safety Performance and most important Client Satisfaction. It is their goal to continue to maintain a balance of the three keys to success.
